Michelle Faber is the founder of Busy Minds Ed., a mobile youth enrichment program that teaches kids of all ages the tools to thrive. She believes that teaching children life skills like mindfulness, self-regulation and breathwork at a young age can drastically improve their mental and physical health as they age. Her educator team runs programs in both childcares and K - 12 schools across Ontario.
